Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1 russet potato
1 carrot
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 onion
1/2 red pepper
1 can cream of celery soup -- or broccoli soup
1/2 can water
1 package refrigerated cresent rolls
Preheat oven to 375F.
Filling: Chop, cube or slice all veggies into bite sized pieces. Steam
until tender. Whisk together soup and water. Add cooked veggies to soup
mixture.
Crust: Open Crescent rolls and separate. Place two pieces of dough
side by
side to form a rectangle, roll seam together.
In center of each rectangle, add a large spoonful of filling. Fold each
long end to meet and slightly overlap in the middle. Fold the short
edges
under slightly to seal in filling.
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes or until golden.
Increase or add veggies that you enjoy and decrease or leave out those
you
don't. This is a great dish to personalize for each family member, just
carve an initial in the top of each pie for identification.
Makes 4 individual pies

Do you know about Dottie's Weight Loss Zone? The website is dwlz.com and she has recipe's for weight watchers, plus lists the points value for just about every food under the sun. (including restaurants) It was a tool I used every day while I was on the WW plan.
Have you tried the Weight Watchers website? I get weekly emails from them with tips and recipes...and I'm not a member! Good luck to you. I didn't find that WW worked for me (nothing has that's a HEALTHY way of losing weight:( but I keep trying!), but that's just me.
Hi Nikki:
When I was on weight watchers last year, I got a lot of good information from www.dwlz.com.
Hope that helps!
Have a great day!
My favorite cake receipe:
spray your pan with pam (non-stick spray)
one box of white cake mix
one can of diet sprite
mix in a bowl then pour into pan
bake per your directions on the box
in a seperate bowl mix sugar free jello (any flavor)& 1 cup of really hot water then sprinkle over done cake
your icing is sugar free cool whip
keep in the fridge
it's one to two points per piece depending on how big you cut them
it would be very festive to use red or green jello and very pretty in a glass baking dish
it's very good and very moist
ENJOY
My sister does Weight Watchers and sent me a link to this website: www.hungry-girl.com
It's not official WW, but it's a woman who follows the WW points system and gives ideas on how to change-up recipes to make them more friendly. You can also sign up for Hungry Girl emails. : )
The Hungry Girl website that Marissa posted is REALLY good! She has a lot of good recipes made light!
My favorite WW recipe is for an appetizer (t = teaspoon; T = Tablespoon & c = cup):
Spinach & Feta Dip
4 c Spinach, fresh (about 2 oz)
½ c 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
½ c Light Sour Cream
¼ c Crumbled Feta Cheese
¼ c Chives (fresh, minced, divided … I did not use this ingredient)
2 t Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Place spinach in a small saucepan with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 1 minute; drain well.
Place spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, feta cheese, 2 T of chives, lemon juice and pepper in a blender; purée. Taste dip and add salt if desired. Spoon dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining T of chives.
Points Value – 1 pt. (if you use Fat Free Sour Cream)
2 pts. (if you use the Light Sour Cream)
Serves 8 (serving size 3 T)
Pita Chips
Pkg. Whole Wheat Pita Pockets
Preheat over to 400-degrees. Cut pita pockets into 1/8s and separate. Place chips on cookie sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes (or until golden brown).
Points Value – 2 pts.
Serving size 16 chips (one pita pocket)
I have a WEIGHT WATCHERS cookbook I'll sell you CHEAP! It's a hard cover book. I've got over 400 cookbooks and make up recipes too. I just went thru my cookbooks and need to get rid of them. I have a couple of other LOW FAT LIFESTYLE kinds of cookbooks I want to get rid of, too. I think I only used one or two recipes out of one of them. Two of them look like they've never been used.
Where are you located??
I gave birth my baby through c-section and was unable to get rid of post-pregnancy weight and also had a huge bulge on tummy. I got rid of all unwanted weight and tummy fat through “Mummy magic weight-loss tea”.
