I have looked high and low for slippers that would fit my grandma who lives in a chilly senior care facility where blankets, throws and socks tend to disappear. Before she got ill and got to her current size, she was a shoe size 9. I've bought all sorts of fuzzy slippers of various heights but even a size 13 wouldn't fit her feet, mainly because the top part of her feet are quite swollen from her immobility. Short of a flip flop type slipper which provides no warmth, I'm out of ideas. Are there zippered fuzzy booties out there that come in sections ? Thanks !
Check out Lands End. They have a great array of warm slippers. You may also try a men's size to give more room..
