Catholic priests cannot perform Mass outside of Church. What kind of ceremony were you thinking of? Weddings, baptisms, etc., are considered a form of Mass.

I have heard of former priests who've married that now perform religious ceremonies anywhere you want. Check out http://www.rentapriest.com .

I'm assuming you mean Roman Catholic. There are many churches with the word catholic as part of their name. They are not all sanctioned by the Roman Catholic Church.

You are most likely to get help from your local parish– that is the one that you belong to based on your address. Some advance notice will be required. For example, the churches in the archdiocese of Los Angeles typically require you to make marriage arrangements 6 months in advance.
