Hi Mom's! I recently resigned from my high school special education teaching position to be a SAHM. But I know I am really going to miss working with my learning support students. I started a Transition program that worked with these students to prepare them for college (including self-advocacy, understanding their needs and strengths, writing resumes, etc). I'd love to work evenings and weekends tutoring in this area, does anyone have any suggestions for me? I've posted something on Craigslist, but only got back spam ads. I have worked as a tutor before teaching study skills and helping with basic homework completion and loved that too, I'm open to anything as long as it keeps me current!
