Hair thinning

Hi Claudia,
I too have experienced some hair loss. Have you tried taking Hair, Skin and Nail vitamins? GNC has a great product for that. I have been using it for over a month now and I have seen a considerable difference in my hair, nails and skin. Try it and see what you think. I hope this helps.

Try prenatal vitamins, They are available over the counter at any pharmacy. Your hair will look the best it ever has! Good Luck!

Claudia, You did not mention if you have seen a physician but that is what you should do first. Hair loss can be caused by many medical conditions so you should check that out before you try OTC drugs. Good luck. Ann

Based on everything you have going on, I'd say stress is making your hair fall out!

But, see your doctor & have a blood work-up done to see if you have a thyroid problem.
Also, have them check your iron. If it's low, taking Iron supplements might help.

Try using minoxidil. It will probably work, but it does take at least 3-6 months before you will notice any new hair growing in. If all else fails, you can try having "laser treatment" done, to help stimulate new hair growth. But, it's not cheap!

Good Luck!

Fish oil, honey. Fish oil not only does wonders to your hair, it’s also good for your skin! Also good for the heart, joints and brain. Can’t go wrong with good-quality fish oil. Get a trusted brand (you can find them on Amazon).

I am so thankful for everyone that responded. I will definitely see my doctor and have him recommend me different changes I can make in my diet. I have been pretty stressed and that might be part of it. I bought some vitamins yesterday and I am going to make it a priority to eat breakfast and have my vitamin!!!
Thank you all again and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
