My fiance and I are having a difficult time finding a nice indoor place to get married at. We do not attend church and do not want to have our wedding in one. I am afraid to have it outdoors because it could be really cold outside. Also, we wil have about 60 family members atending. Any and all ideas are appreciated! Thanks!

The Shiloh on Carroll Rd. is nice, they even provide the Arbor, and seperate eating area if you would like, very spacious and elegant. And as crazy as it sounds The Lantern on Ardmore Ave, has done an AMAZING renovation, it looks better than any room you could get in the Coliseum, from the outside in they have done TONS of work, I didn't recognize it!!! My friends got married in the botanical conservatory last fall, it was perfect, and they have reception halls there for afterwards as well, it is a nice climate year round, but gives you the feel of an outdoor wedding. Good luck, if you need any advice on decorating/affordable favors etc. let me know!

You might try the Scotish Rite downtown or one of those buildings down there. I am thinking the there is one other one you can rent for the evening, we had our Prom at one of them I want to say the Commerce Building. There is also the Botanical Gardens they do weddings too.

Hope that helped in some way.

Botanical Gardens, The Embacy, the old Falstaff brewery, there is a new place out behind the Kroger on West Jefferson but I don't remember what it is called. Geogline's on Maysville. i don't know your price range --- we used Sycamore Hill's Country Club and it was perfect. These are all Ft. Wayne places too I don't really know about some of the smaller towns in the area

My husband and I were the exact same way. We ended up getting married at an art museum. Hope this helps!

We have decided to just invite our parents and get married at my grandparent’s house in the country.
