I am looking for a recommendation as to where to rent a bouncy house for my daughter's bday. I saw a couple and they were $185 and up! Is that the normal price? If so, that is way too much so I will have to find something else. Any help would be appreciated!
Unfortunately, yes that price is acurate. We just had my son's 1st birthday and opted not to do it only have 7 kids at the house. If you are having a lot of kids it will be worth it. However, if it is raining like this past weekend then it isn't practical either. We made sure to have age appropriate toys for the kids that attended. We had one of those mini trampolines used for workouts and the kids loved it! Kept them busy...and only $30.
Hi Stacy-
I have had a bouncer brought to the house 3 times. It is so much more expensive than having a party at an outside location. By the time I paid for delivery, setup, and once even a second day, it can get lots more than $200.
Call around: Ed's Rentals, Grand Rental, Bellas Bouncies, use the phone book or online. Just get the extra costs involved, it's more than you think.
This year my 6 year old is going to Pump It Up. Not cheap but easier.
I don't know where you live, but I think the company is based in Addison-it is Simply Moonwalks and they charged $175-185. They were very good. We had a lot of kids play in it, so it was worth it.
We've had them quite a few times at my house and yes that price sounds accurate.. even sounds a little low. I'm pretty sure we've spent $250-$350 each time, depending on whether it was a specific character or had a slide with it etc.
