It's Friday, and I'm bored senseless at work. Do I have work to do? Of course! But man it's hard to focus on Friday before a holiday weekend! Anyhow, I just wanted to post a question to keep me from falling asleep at my desk.
Thinking about baby names. I know we have a LOT of time yet, but...
For a boy, we'd like a one syllable name that does not start with L (we don't want a double L name), or end with an L sound, as that wouldn't work with the last name starting with "L"...
Also interested in girls names that would sound pretty with the middle name "Lee." :)
If Mikey was a girl he would have been Theresa Marie Lee
LOVE THAT NAME ! all family names :-)
for a boy: Abe, Sam, Dean... there are sooo many, I just cant get my brain to focus on Anything today, at work Just Watching the clock = SO FAR from 5!!!
LOLOLOLOL
Girls: Just about anything will sound great with Lee as a middle name! Amanda, Brianna, Maggie, Madison...
you could try www.babynamewizard.com (I think this one lets you use a lot of parameters such as syllables, what letter not to start with, etc.)
AND www.babynamegenie.com (fun one, might helpe get you thru your day, LOL!)
My favorite boy's name is Darcy (Pride and Prejudice) ,
Don't really have a favorite girls name but I do like names like Willow, River, Skye, Dakota, (my sister took the name Dakota from me to name her daughter, and now her nick name is Kodi).
I feel the same way about the holiday weekend.. So much work to do, but my brain wants a break. ;)
Congrats on a little one (coming soon). :)
For boy names- (I just went through the alphabet thinking of one-syllable versions of names.........none are too original) ;)
Bryce, Chris, Doug, Hank, Jack, John, Joe, Mike, Noel, Pete, Rick, Sam, Tom, Vince, Vin, or Vic, Walt,
For girl names-
Anna Lee (I think I thought of one because of the poem, "Annabelle Lee" by Edgar Allen Poe) Ha ha...
Caitlyn Lee
Katy Lee
Marissa Lee
I think lots of girl names would work with Lee (especially 2 syllable names?)
