Hello...any suggestions on a not so expensive anti-wrinkle/preventative under eye/face cream and/or moisturizer? I am starting to get a few noticable wrinkles under my eyes and on my forehead...thanks for your suggestions!
I LOVE Mary-Kay's tripple action eye enhancer. I use it before I moisturize in the morning and it really makes a difference...I don't think its so much a preventative cream, but it sure seems to tighten and works wonder for bags !!
Hi Mary-
I recently read your posting and to be honest, I feel like that was me trying to find a product that worked well when my little boy was 6 months old. My son is now 2 and my skin is back to normal and I feel great! No more tired looking skin and more wrinkles. Plus, the products I use help prevent aging skin!!!!
I started using Arbonne's Anti-Aging Eye Cream (NutriMinC) and noticed results within 3 days of using the product exclusively. It really reduced the appearance of my dark circles and puffiness! And, crows feet from squinting!
I also started using Arbonne's Cream Concealer. It helps to reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. Blended with anti-aging elements, the concealer helps firm delicate skin around the eye area and help to minimize the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
And lastly, the Mineral Powder foundation is fantastic! The minerals and pigments that are blended into a light-reflecting powder that provides sun protection, a natural look and a flawless finish … all in one. I really felt and looked fantastic! All of the products mentioned about have anti-aging elements!!
Arbonne offers a full range of pure, safe & beneficial products for the entire family. Skin care for baby, weight loss, anti-aging, color & cosmetics, and aromatherapy are just some of the high quality, safe and benefical products that Arbonne manufactures. Arbonne's products are all botanically-based. Contain NO mineral oils or toxins. Are pediatrician and dermatalogist tested/approved.
To shop these products at a discount from your own virtual Arbonne mall at home, give me a call.
Because of Arbonne, I can honestly say that I have become a better wife, mother, daughter and friend. If this is something you think you may be interest in, I would love the opportunity to speak with you further!
Sincerely,

I love Mary Kay Timewise moisturizer. It costs a little under $30 I think, but lasts 6 months to a year. It is light and not greasy. I am 45 and have been using it for years and am told I look much younger! Make sure you always use a sunscreen on your face, too.
Hi Mary! I've always heard great stuff about Arbonne. I would try that. My sister used to sell it. But still uses it. She is 12 years older than me. She'll be 40 in January. And I'm 27. We have been asked "who is the younger sister" before!! She seriously looks 30 in every way! I've used a little Arbonne and love it. Right now I'm using BeautiControl b/c I love the parties! They have an under eye patch thing that I got for having a party and I could tell a difference THAT NIGHT! No kidding! Let us know what you find and how it works!
I use the Oil of Olay line. Works great for me. I use the Anti-Wrinkle/Anti Blemish for my face and the under eye cream. They are not "cheap" but that tiny bottle of the eye stuff last me for a month or so.
Good luck!
A good night time eye cream is Burt's Bee's product. It is kind of thick, so you would not want to use it under make-up, just at night. It smells good and the best part is that Burt's Bee's uses all natural products with no harmful ingredients. Not too expensive either. I think Walgreens carries a lot of Burt's Bees products.
For a moisturizer, I would find one with an antioxidant in it to help fight free radical damage caused by the sun and environment. Pomegranate and Vit. Ester-C are supposed to be good antioxidants.
for a quick, cheapie cream....try (not the Olay, but the Walmart knockoff) Equate "night-time firming creme". It's an excellent springboard before switching to the heavy-duty artillery later in life.
My Mom swears if you make a product like this (the night-time firming)a daily part of your life, then you'll have less to deal with later in life. & MOST IMPORTANTLY keep hydrated.....water is your #1 friend. & your 2 worst enemies would be: the sun & smoking...if they're a part of your life, then dump them!
Hi Mary,
I am a independent beauty consultant with Mary kay. My website is www.marykay.com/lmayes7
we have a anti aging eye cream, it works very well. It is $30 but honestly it last for 6 months or more. Please check out my website and let me know how I can help you. I am not sure where you live but I would pay the shipping to send it to you! Mary Kay is the #1 skin care company in the US, people just don't know much about us because we are independent, we teach skin care not just sell cosmetics! It's fabulous and so worth it! Anyone else interested please let me know as well!

For an old fashioned, really cheap fix ...... use a very LIGHT touch of Vaseline at night before bed. A little goes a long ways, and no, it doesn't make you break out.
My mother did this all of her life. She passed away at 86 years old, and the hospice nurses remarked continually about her lack of wrinkles. They were all amazed, and each said they wanted to know how she was able to stay wrinkle free until 86 years old.
She stayed out of the sun, was very careful about what she used to wash her face, (usually a baby soap, or Ivory) and used vaseline at night.
Since then, I have heard that some top models do the same thing !
I have tried the Equate version of Oil Of Olay, as well as actual Oil Of Olay. I like them both, but the Vaseline is my favorite. My skin always feels so much softer and smoother when I use it.
Hi Mary, they say on TV and magazines that creams with "peptides" are very good--also CoQ10 and especially the things with the vitamin A in them--like ROC. But DON'T get them in your eyes! They burn like the dickens and some even have acids. I guess everyone comes to this point sooner or later. I am almost 43 and I just try different ones. lucky for me a little extra weight helps keep them plumped out more LOL. I don't think there are any real miracles, but some can help. Make sure you eat lots of fruits and veggies and whole grains and drink lots of water. Also etra virgin olive oil, fish oils and other good healthy oils are Wonderful for your skin and overall health. You can even use olive oil ON your skin. My friend's mom has never used anything else and she has the most beautiful complexion and she is in her 60's!!!Olive oil has preservative properties. Lots of vitamis help the skin too. You really are what you eat. And too much caffeine and alcohol, sugar, etc cause inflammation of the blood vessels and cause ugly skin damage. As always, everything in moderation. When we get dehydrated we shrivel a little more lol. But most of all, I hope we can all reconcile that the image we are all nearly forced to try to live up to by celebrities and such is just not real. In fact--I have noticed that a lot of them have wrinkles too!--even some of them younger than us! (must be from all that being in the sun and weather all the time and/or genetics). But they have GREAT make-up--great lighting--and most are even airbrushed and "shaved" by computer to make them look even thinner and younger. I hope we can all- (me included) can learn to age gracefully. Till then we do what we can huh? :)
Hi Mary,
Arbonne is definately the way to go!!! It's all natural, contains no animal products/by-products and no mineral oil/petroleum based ingredients. It's very safe and very beneficial to the skin! I've tried all the stuff out there over the years and was actually using MK and had been for years, then I was turned on to Arbonne. I actually tried it to be nice and was not interested in something new, but I saw changes in my skin that I hadn't seen in years so I was willing to make the switch. After about 30 days of using the anti-aging line people started asking me what I was doing, where my wrinkles were going, where the bags under my eyes went. Then I was mistaken for my hubby's daughter. WOW, that made me feel good. I'm the oldest of 5 girls and everyone that meets me thinks I'm the youngest...whoohoooo!!! Now, instead of making fun of me for spending money on a good skin care regimine, they are beginning to express an interest in the products too and are loving them! I decided that since I was this sold on the products then I would sell them and it has turned into a very lucrative business as people are looking for natural products that work!!! The eye cream is $44 (retail), but you can get it at a discount (35% off) and this does not mean you have to work any business to get the discount. Plus, we offer a 45 day money back guarantee on all our products so you have nothing to lose by trying it. All Arbonne's products are all natural, very concentrated so a very, very little goes a very long way. My eye cream lasts me about a year so it's a very reasonable investment. Heck, the face wash lasted me almost 10 months before I had to replace it!!! I would not recommend using anything that has petroleum in it as it's very damaging to the skin. I would be more then happy to send you a free sample of the complete anti-aging line so you can see for yourself. The sample will last about a week. If interested, just email me and I'll get it out to you. If not, I hope you find what you're looking for!!!

I would recommend the Eyelastin because it is clinically proven and completely organic product to work and contains many unique features, including patent Nanoderm Technology. Eyelastin is manufactured by Dermagevity Skin Care which is based on the invention of product formulations that will harness scientifically verified ingredients and innovative delivery methods that reduce the presence dark under eye circles as well as accelerate the particular recovery of typical beauty imperfections.
