I’m one of those people who keeps finding new career opportunities after my jobs in various non-profits kept being eliminated. Now, I am an educator in nutritional epigenetics, I tutor Spanish, and sometimes I get to combine them! I’m a licensed pharmacy technician and I edit and proofread on the side. I do a lot of local charity work, especially after the evacuations of Puerto Ricans hit by the hurricane and the earthquakes. My husband and I have watched our son leave the next and flourish, which gives us so much joy. And as of the fall of 2022, I’m mostly retired and have moved to Minnesota.
