I am a mom with 2 children, 22 and 24, and I’ve gained a lot of experience that comes with the territory - and I’m still learning!

I am a Stress Management Coach as well as teach people how to stop emotional eating. I never feel quite right in saying that because whereas I do teach people unique strategies to reduce the stress in their lives (these are not just relaxation techniques!), it doesn’t speak of the outcomes of true stress relief - less fatigue and more energy, a decrease in stress hormones and an increase in vitality and anti-aging hormones, clearer thinking along with the ability to communicate better, better health, greater balance and ease as well as more fulfillment and joy. – And we say “It’s just stress.” Yet it robs us of so much!

I teach people how to apply simple, science-validated, field-tested tools and techniques that can be used on the spot. (Who has time in the middle of the day to pull our their yoga mat!) My greatest joy comes in witnessing people’s insights and ah-has and how they can be the cause of greater well-being for themselves - which of course spills over into all aspects of our lives.

I cannot encourage you enough to take the time to take care of yourself. This system is easy to learn, simple to apply, is there any moment you need it - and is a powerful tool for children and adults alike to have in their toolboxes. It creates immediate - and lasting - change.

And it all begins in the heart which turns out to be so much more than a pump! We know it. We can feel. We know when our hearts are ‘broken’ and when our hearts are ‘soaring.’
