How many people? Are you wanting someplace fancy or more laid back? A few suggestions for laid back are Grotto Ristorante in Highland Village, Capriccio Ristorante at Parker Square in Flower Mound. If you wanted something fancier, you could go to Bob's Chop House in Grapevine on Main or Silver Fox on William D. Tate (or Ball) in Grapevine. Hope this helps.
The Grotto is nice but expensive. Capriccio is reasonable and has a lovely room for parties.
Alsoin Parker Square .... Thai Tango has a private room, but it's small, and Sonoma Grill is nice but I don't recall if they have a private room.
Z's Grill has a big private room and is cheap and casual.
Salerno's (owned by the Morris family that owns The Grotto too) is very casual, very affordable and has a nice size private room. They do lots of events like rehearsal dinners.
I hosted a large group at Capriccio Ristorante at Parker Square in Flower Mound and they did a great job. The food was very good the staff was great and they printed menues with a picture of our choice for us. I really liked it.
I noticed that someone mentioned Thai Tango. They were a great place but they have gone out of business :(
Well depending on yur budget etc- you can always consider Gaylord- there is a lot for the out of towners to take in there as well.
