My husband and I are both 37, turning 38, this year and have 2 boys and no will. YEARS AGO, we asked my SIL and her husband to be our sons' guardian in the event of our deaths. (They have both accepted.) Now we need a lawyer to make it legal, but don't know where to start. Does anyone have any recommendations in the Millard/West Omaha area? Any idea how much time and money a simple will would entail? ANY ADVICE would be greatly appreciated.

We had the same issue - we ended up working with Sally Hytrek - she's in an awesome older building downtown. She's VERY reasonable and sent us a form that had all the information we needed to supply. My husband and I took an evening to sit down and figure out who should do what (trustee, excutar, etc) then mailed it to her. She typed up the wills, sent them to us to review (mostly for typos) then when it was all good to go we went to her office to sign the will (she provided witnesses and everything). PAINLESS!! Loved working with her - worth the drive!
