I am moving to the town of Sugar Grove this June and building in the Black Walnut Trails subdivision. If anyone lives in the area and has some advice for me building or any advice for my family I would appreciate it. I have a 2 yr old and the neighborhood seems to be very kid friendly. Thanks - Monica
